The Department of Electrical Engineering established in the year 2013, offers a 3 years (6 Semesters) Diploma course (with an intake of 120 students). Electrical Engineering Program commits to work towards developing competent Electrical Engineers with technical and social skills which will eventually contribute to Nation building. The department empowers the student to acquire technical knowledge skills to excel in the dynamic field of Electrical Engineering and prepares the student to meet the challenges in the technical advancement to serve the community. The department offers excellent academic environment with a team of qualified and experienced faculty members to motivate the student to develop thesis technical and professional skills.
The syllabi of the department have been tremendously augmented with many advanced courses. The Details of Laboratories are as follows:
CIRCUIT AND SIMULATION LAB
ELECTRICAL MACHINE LAB-I
ANALOG ELECTRONICS LAB
SIMULATION PRACTICE ON MATLAB
ELECTRICAL DRAWING
ELECTRICAL MACHINE LAB-II
POWER ELECTRONICS & PLC LAB
DIGITAL ELECTRONICS & MICROPROCESSOR LAB
PROJECT WORK ROOM
ELECTRICAL WORKSHOP PRACTICE
VISION
To produce diploma Electrical engineers who are competent on national level having high moral and ethical values to satisfy the needs of society as well as industry.
MISSION
M1: Provide students with solid foundational concepts, analytical thinking ability and problem solving techniques in order to improve their lifelong learning.
M2: Produce industry ready diploma engineers through technical and life skill training for overall growth of the learners.
M3: Develop leadership abilities within learners through various teaching and learning activities.
PROGRAMME EDUCATIONAL OBJECTIVES:
It is a long established fact that a reader will be distracted by the readable content of a page when looking at its layout. The point of using Lorem Ipsum is that it has a more-or-less normal distribution of letters, as opposed to using ‘Content here, content here’, making it look like readable English. Many desktop publishing packages and web page editors now use Lorem Ipsum as their default model text, and a search for ‘lorem ipsum’ will uncover many web sites still in their infancy. Various versions have evolved over the years, sometimes by accident, sometimes on purpose (injected humour and the like).
